We require that all advertisers are able to respond to enquiries by holidaymakers by phone or email. If Advertisers are unavailable for a period of more than one week, we ask that they make provisions to be able to respond to enquiries such as an answer machine message or out of office reply. If Advertisers are unable to do this, we request that they contact us so we can temporarily remove their Advertisement from our website until such time they are able to respond to holiday maker enquiries as normal.

 

 

In renting your property, whether or not you are in business, you are responsible for all taxes in relation to the rental of your property where any taxes are applicable

 

 

We reserve the right to terminate without notice any advertisement subscription and / or remove any advert if an advertiser attempts to post unsuitable or unlawful material on the website or if the Advertiser misuses our website or online systems in any way or if we receive substantiated complaints in relation to the misrepresentation of the any of the contents of the Advertisement posted by the Advertiser, or if we receive substantiated complaints of inappropriate rental practices in relation to the rental of a property. Full payment will be retained by Worldwide Estates Rentals in any such instance. We reserve the right to refuse or remove advertisements which do not meet the minimum requirements of our website. Any Advertisers who wish to remove their property before their advertising subscription ends can do so by putting their request in writing to us. No refunds will be given for part subscription in any such instance.     

 

 

Payment for all Advertisements must be made on the day of registering for subscription. Payments can be made online to our business Paypal Account or over the phone by calling our Subscription Advisors.
