This is a beautiful, bright townhouse, decorated to a very high standard with all mod cons included to ensure guests enjoy a holiday in complete comfort, without hassle or stress.
Perfect for families and smaller groups, the townhouse provides accommodation for up to 6 guests very close to a whole variety of activities, including golf, several beaches, shops, restaurants and many other activities to keep you as busy as you want!
Inside the Holiday Home
Inside, this lovely townhouse benefits from a stylish, modern décor and hot and cold air conditioning keeping the house comfortable throughout the year.
There are two bedrooms in the townhouse, one of which is a double room with double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables for storage and, for your peace of mind, a safe to keep your valuables. The second bedroom has twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage and a mirror.
If there are more than 4 in your party, there is a queen size airbed stored downstairs that up to 2 more guests can use in the living area.
The chic living area also has comfy leather seating, freeview on the 36 inch flat screen TV and coffee tables. When you choose to dine at home, there is a dining seating area with enough space for up to 8 to dine.
Prepare delicious home cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen, which has all that you’ll need during your stay including oven, dishwasher and washing machine as well as plenty of cutlery, tableware and cookware for you to use.
Upstairs, there is a large bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, washbasin and WC, and downstairs, there is another WC.
Outside, you can enjoy the gorgeous Spanish sun on your own private rooftop solarium, perfect for BBQs and al fresco dining as there is a patio table and chairs up here too, and a parasol will provide you with some shade..
Downstairs, there is a tiled patio area where you can soak up some sun as you relax with a good book and glass or two of sangria. Heavenly!
If you need to cool down, take a dip in the large shared pool. The whole family is well catered for as there is an area of the pool just for the little ones. There are also lovely gardens to enjoy on site.

The townhouse is situated just 10 minutes drive away from Torrevieja’s centre and a wide range of activities are within a short distance from the apartment.
Murcia airport is 25km away and Alicante airport is 40km away.

About the Area
The townhouse is in a prime position for guests to make the most of everything on offer in the area.
The centre of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes away and here there is a wide selection of bars and restaurants as well as shops for indulging in a bit of retail therapy, and a fun fair which runs all year and is great for families and big kids alike!
The water park in Torrevieja is open from May and is the ideal way to cool down and have fun at the same time.
There is a new mall only 5 minutes walk away on N332, with more restaurants, shops and supermarket.
Sun worshippers will love the beach only 10 minutes walk away, where you can relax or take a dip in the wonderful clear water. If you fancy a change, there are several more beaches just a short drive away too.
If you just want to take in the scenery, you can enjoy long walks exploring this beautiful area.
Like to golf? You’ll love the choice of 3 excellent courses, all within 10 or 15 minutes drive from home.
If you fancy a faster pace, go-karting is the perfect choice for you, and at only 10 minutes walk away, it’s very convenient too!
Also very close by, there are tennis and basketball courts, and there is also a casino and bowling alley too.
With so much variety, you really are spoilt for choice!
How to get here
You can travel to either Murcia (25km away) or Alicante airport (40km away) with flights available from most UK airports from airlines such as Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair and BA.
You can hire a car at the airport when you arrive or before you depart via the internet if you want to avoid the queues when you arrive.
*A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. This can be paid by cheque or direct transfer to the bank account that will be provided upon request.
*There is a 150 Euros deposit to be paid when booking your holiday, refundable on your return subject to the key holder being satisfied everything is as it was found. Meet and greet fees apply from 8pm to 8am and will be charged 15 euros by our key holder for unsociable working hours.
*There will be a cleaning charge of 50 Euros in addition to these rates, made payable in cash to our key holder.
