Available to rent is this luxury modern apartment situated in the Panorama Complex in Stoikite. The surroundings here are idyllic, with gorgeous views of the mountains throughout the year.
Inside, the apartment is finished to a high standard and includes everything you would expect to enjoy during your stay.
If you want to stay as part of a larger group, an identical property opposite can be booked for groups of up to 8, and another identical apartment is available in block A of the apartment for even larger groups, so whether you want a romantic skiing break or a fun holiday for all the family, it’s up to you.
This area is excellent for skiers, with a ski lift close by and a minibus service exclusively for guests at the complex will take you directly there!
Inside the Holiday Home
This is a modern 1 bed apartment, finished to a very high standard to ensure guests have an enjoyable, stress-free holiday. The apartment also boasts magnificent views towards the mountains.
Inside, the apartment has central heating and comprises of 1 bedroom which can be a twin or double bed depending on your preference, as well as bedside tables, mirror, triple wardrobe and drawers providing you with ample storage space for your things.
There is also a spacious living area, with lounge seating which can be converted to sleep 2 more people, TV and DVD player if you feel like relaxing at home and dining seating for 4. The kitchen area is equipped with all you’ll need when you choose to dine in.
Outside, there is a wonderful, large balcony where you can sit back with a glass of wine as you take in those stunning views- the perfect way to end a long day of skiing or exploring!
On site, there are some excellent facilities, including a fitness club where you can enjoy a rigorous workout before winding down in the sauna and Jacuzzi, then enjoying a delicious meal while looking out over the panoramic views in the bar/restaurant.
If you visit in the warmer months, there is a lovely garden and BBQ area where you can really appreciate the beautiful location.

The apartment is located just a short distance away from Pamporovo in the village of Stoikite.
If you’re staying on a skiing holiday, it is wonderfully convenient, with just a short distance to the ski lift which will take you right to the slopes.

About the Area
The Panorama Aparments complex is located in the village of Stoikite close by to the world renowned resort of Pamporovo, which is situated in the heart of the Rhodhopi mountain, amongst beautiful alpine forests.
The development is in a perfect position with just 400m to the ski lift meaning you’re never far from enjoying some time on the slopes.
If you’re new to skiing, you’ll be happy to know that Pamporovo is home to one of the best skiing schools in all of Europe, or you can have a 2 hour private lesson for about £20 for up to three people so it won’t take long for you to find your feet on one of the varied runs, with a number of green and blue runs for when you feel more comfortable skiing.
Those with a little more experience will appreciate the more difficult runs, several red and black runs providing some variety to keep you on your toes.
If you manage to exhaust the marked runs, you can try your hand on the cross country runs or try your hand at snowboarding, the wide runs providing the perfect place to learn.
After a busy day skiing, you can wind down in one of the bars, offering excellent après ski entertainment.
If you fancy a change or you don’t ski, there are many other activities for you. In the hotel right next door to the apartment complex, you can enjoy some ‘you time’ in the spa, take a dip in the pool, or indulge your competitive side and sharpen your bowling and snooker skills!
Fancy doing some sightseeing while you’re here? There are many excursions available to Bulgaria’s capital, Sofia and its second city, Plovdiv, where you can shop and see the sights and only 5 minutes away, Smolyan has beautiful churches and fascinating museums if you’re interested in history. Away from the towns, Shiroka laka is one of the most popular places to visit in summer, with beautiful architecture to admire. Excursions also run to the Bachkovo monastery and Yogodina cave which are also well worth a visit while you’re here.
Pamporovo isn’t just a great place to visit in winter, if you choose to holiday here in summer, you can enjoy lovely mountain walks, mountain biking, pony trekking and fishing in pleasant warm weather, with temperatures in the 20s throughout the summer months.
How to get here
Flights are to Bulgaria’s second city, Plovdiv, with many chartered flights in winter from companies such First Choice and Balkan Holidays.Transfers from Plovdiv are approximately 90 minutes.
You can also fly to Sofia throughout the year from airlines including Easyjet, Wizzair and Air Bulgaira. www.onlinetravel.com is a good website to check for the best prices. Trnsfers from Sofia take around 2.5 hours with a taxi fare of about 100 Euros.
The A1 motorway will take you by taxi from Sofia directly to Plovdiv (130km), from where a scenic mountain road will take you the further 80 km to Pamporovo. Transfer time from Sofia is 2.5 hours and the taxi fare is about 100 euros.
Taxis and car rental are available at both airports and the owners can arrange a taxi for you. If you prefer to book your own taxi, OK SUPERTRANS (www.oktaxi.net), are recommended and for hire cars, DRENIKOV (www.drenikov.com) are recommended with a weeks car hire in a family car working out to £125. For car rental, try Holiday autos (www.autoholidays.co.uk), Avis (www.avis.bg) or Budget (www.budget.bg). Also, www.moneysupermarket.co.uk compares prices for hire companies from Sofia airport.
