This lovely ground floor apartment is situated in the charming fishing village Cabanas by the unspoilt Ria Formosa nature reserve, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in sun and beautiful surroundings.
With all home comforts included, the amazing choice of 4 pools and the beach and golf courses within a short walk, families and small groups are guaranteed a fantastic holiday.
Inside the Holiday Home
The apartment features air conditioning for a comfortable stay even during the hot summer months and comprises of one double bedroom.
The sofa bed in the lounge area means that up to 4 guests can stay in comfort, and there is also a travel cot for those with little ones.
In the apartment there is plenty of storage space for your things with wardrobes and cupboards and the décor throughout gives a pleasant light and airy feel.
You can relax out of the sun and in privacy in the lounge, where there is satellite TV, DVD player and CD player for you to enjoy, and in the dining area there is seating for 6- perfect for meals in when you have resisted the allure of the local restaurants!
The fully fitted kitchen includes all you’ll need when you do choose to dine in during your stay.
On site, you can cool down with a dip in the water, with 4 pools to choose from! Alternatively, simply relax with a book and a drink by the poolside.
The owners have also included a selection of beach toys for the little ones as well as a beach umbrella for your use.
Location
Situated in Cabanas on the East Algarve, the apartment is in a premium location by a nature reserve and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. 4 kms from beautiful Taviara town.
Faro airport is approximately 35 minutes away.

About the Area
This wonderful area has one of the best climates in Europe with year round warm weather and spectacular scenery, and is less commercialised than the west Algarve, giving visitors a real taste of Portugal.
A choice of golf courses are available within easy reach from home, including the Benamor Golf Resort only 5 minutes away and more with 10-15 minutes drive!
If golf isn’t for you, relax on the beach while the kids build sandcastles on the lovely beach which is just 5 minutes from the apartment.
Cabanas is a traditional fishing town and full of charm and is perfect for simply wandering round and exploring. A number of bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance from home, offering delicious cuisine.
Further afield, there is much more to see with what is often regarded as the prettiest town in the Algarve, Tavira, only 4km away. Learn about the history of this ancient town at the museum or explore by foot or horseback. Renowned for its churches, it’s not difficult to see why, with an amazing 37 in total!
The casino at Monte Gordo is well worth a visit for some grown up entertainment, and the Spanish border of Vila Real de St. Antonio is just 17km away- great for a day trip and trains from Conceicao Station which is close by run here so you can visit even if you don’t hire a car.
Trains also run to Faro, which, despite often being overlooked, is not just a landing port. The marina, cathedral and array of shops make it well worth a visit.
How to get here
Flights are to Faro airport which is only 35 minutes away from the apartment. Flights are available from airlines such as Easyjet, Monarch and Thomson and Thomsonfly.
Car hire is available at the airport when you arrive or can be booked before you depart via the internet.
Immediate 10% non refundable deposit required, with full balance 6 weeks before departure.
The owners can arrange welcome packs, taxi transfers and clean/laundry facilities.
The final clean and laundry is included in the price, but any interim cleans/laundry to be paid for by the client.
Client can pay by cheque or Paypal. All damages to be paid for.
Wheelchair users - our property is on the ground floor accessed by 2 steps inside the front entrance to the apartment block.
