Great care and attention has been taken to ensure the apartment has been tastefully decorated to a high standard so you can enjoy a stress-free holiday.
The apartment comprises of 2 twin bedrooms both with air conditioning and with the sofa bed in the lounge area, up to 6 guests can stay comfortably.
In the large, luxurious lounge, you can relax on the comfy seating, and you can enjoy cosy nights in as there is also a TV and DVD player. There's also air con in the lounge too for those extra hot days and nights.
The kitchen is fully fitted and complete with all amenities you’d expect, including the cooker, washing machine and dishwasher, so you don’t even need to worry about whose turn it is to wash up!
In the dining area, there is seating for 6, the perfect space to enjoy those home cooked meals.
The family bathroom has a bath and shower as well as bidet, sink and W.C.
Off the lounge, there are patio doors leading to your balcony where you can dine al fresco on the patio furniture, prepare delicious fresh produce on the built in BBQ or simply sit back with a glass of wine.
The complex boasts a fantastic rooftop terrace, the ideal spot for some serious tanning, or you can cool down in the lovely shared pool.
There is stair and lift access directly to the pool area and for extra convenience there are shower and wash room facilities.
For your hire car, there is secure underground parking available.

The apartment is situated on a brand new complex, just a short stroll away from the shops and gorgeous sandy beach of Armacao de Pera.
Faro airport is approximately 40 minutes away.

About the Area
This brand new complex is ideally situated to make the most of everything on offer in this wonderful area of the Algrave. Armacao de Pera itself is in an unbeatable central position of the Algrave, allowing excellent access to the fantastic attractions available.
Armação de Péra has the longest beach in the Algarve with over three kilometres of long sandy beach and small rocky coves, just waiting for you to discover. The beach is perfect for the whole family and just a short walk from home!
You can spend time exploring more of the stunning beaches in the area, each offering something a little different. Visit Praia Grande, a large sandy beach with no infrastructure, making it unmissable for nature lovers, or the beautiful small and sandy Praia Albandeira beach embedded in a rocky bay between Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra.
For golfers, this area truly is something special, with some of the best courses in all of Europe, just waiting for you to discover and most of them are within a 30 minute drive from home! 15 minutes drive away there are a number of courses, including the challenging Salgados course, situated in a nature reserve, close to the sea and with a variety of lakes it really does test your skills. Other courses for you to try include the Alto Golf course in picturesque Alvor, the fantastic championship Penina Course and Vale de Pinta, adaptable to all skill levels.
If golf isn’t for you though, there is so much more for you to do, with many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops to suit all tastes. The area is so beautiful, making it the perfect place to slow down and go for a gentle stroll, taking in the delights of the area.
For something more active, there is tennis, horse riding and many different water sports on offer, including snorkeling, diving, surfing and sailing.
Wine tasting hours at Adega Cooperativa de Lagoa are held where you can sample local wines.
For families, there are a number of water parks, the Zoomarine and at Krazy World you can play crazy golf, see the animals in the small zoo, relax by the pool, let the kids play in the play area or go on a pony ride, and enjoy a meal in the restaurant.
There really is so much to do that your holiday can be as active or relaxed as you want- it’s up to you!
How to get here
Flights are to Faro airport from most UK and mainland Europe airports, from airlines such as Easyjet, First Choice, Monarch and British Airways.
Airport transfers can be arranged for you if you require.
Car hire is available from the airport or can be booked in advance via the internet from companies such as Farocar and Avis.

A payment of 25% or £100 (€115), whichever is greater secures your booking.
The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay. A refundable damage deposit of £150 (€175) is also to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Clean linen, towels (sorry, not beach towels), final clean, and meet and greet (on request).
