Villa Chloe is the perfect place for a luxury, absolutely stress-free holiday.
Ideal for larger families or groups, it consists of 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.
The villa is beautifully maintained and close to the sea.
This spacious villa is decorated and beautifully furnished with a modern, simple design, including brand new Habitat furnishings.
Quality and luxury are the order of the day at Villa Chloe.
You’ll be in an ideal location here, in peaceful surroundings but not far away from the sea and the shops and restaurants of the nearby towns.
You’ll have plenty to do during your stay as there are lots of places to visit nearby, with Protaras, Paralimni and Ayia Napa all within easy driving distance.
Inside the Holiday Home
Villa Chloe consists of one master bedroom and two twin bedrooms.
In the lounge area, there is also a sofa bed so up to 8 people can stay in comfort.
The Master bedroom is light and cool and the perfect place to relax after a hard day’s sunbathing!
There is an en suite, complete with a large shower. There is a door leading to the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sun rise or set.
The room has plenty of other features- with the full length mirrors, you can check out your tan. You will also have an Ipod dock, and that all important hairdryer.
The larger of the twin rooms also has its own Ipod dock, as well as flat screen TV and games PlayStation console, which can also be used to play DVDs. French doors lead out to the balcony.
The third bedroom benefits from sea views and a second bed can be pulled out if your party requires.
Each of the bedrooms has plenty of storage space and hangers for your belongings.
The rest of the villa comprises of the living area which has seating for 8, as well as satellite television complete with surround sound and DVD player. With a selection of games and books, the lounge is the perfect place to relax away from the sun.
The kitchen is superbly equipped, complete with all you need and more. As well as the essentials such as the oven and fridge, you’ll also have a blender, designer pans and a dishwasher so you won’t even have to fight over who’s going to do the dishes!
The dining area is modern and spacious and can comfortably seat 8.
You will enjoy a comfortable stay whenever you choose to visit as the vila has both air conditioning and central heating.
Outside you will have your own balcony where you can watch the day go by and enjoy the sun rise and set.
There is a beautiful private ‘garden lounge’ area, complete with comfy seating and parasol and BBQ means you can dine al fresco.
Your own private pool is perfect for a swim, or if you prefer, there are plenty of sun loungers by the pool side.
Location
Villa Chloe is in a beautiful, tranquil spot where you can enjoy sea views as you are only 5 minutes walk away from the idyllic beaches of Ayia Triada and Sirena Bay.
The towns of Protaras, Paralimni and Ayia Napa are all close by to the villa.
The villa is only 30 minutes drive away from Lamaca airport, via the new motorway

About the Area
The nearest town to Villa Chloe is Protaras, which is only 3 minutes away by car. Here you will find a good selection of restaurants to suit all tastes.
You’ll be spoilt for choice with a whole range on offer, from traditional Cypriot to Japanese, Indian, Mexican and even more to choose from.
If you’re feeling adventurous, then most water sports are on offer, from scuba diving to windsurfing and even deep sea fishing.
To enjoy spectacular views, a visit to Cape Greko is a must. Here you can take a walk along stunning unspoilt coastline to appreciate Cyprus at its most beautiful.
If you want some retail therapy, the town of Paralimni is great for a shopping trip.
If you want to experience the most vibrant nightlife Cyprus has to offer, then a trip to Ayia Napa is a must.
During the daytime though, Ayia Napa is home to some wonderful historic sites and beautiful sandy beaches.
How to get here
Flights are to Lamaca are daily from many UK airports from airlines such as Easyjet, Monarch and BA.
Lamaca airport is only 30 minutes away via the new motorway.
You can hire minibuses or cars from outside the airport to take you to the villa, or if you prefer, this can be arranged for you
Public transport is frequent and a good alternative if you don’t want to hire a car.
I have credit crunched the prices from last year! All prices down 10%,All these prices are for: up to 6 people, including linen and towels, with the beds made up for you, and a linen change if you are staying for a second week.
We charge £50 per person per week extra for bookings of more than 6 people. Deposit of £250 on booking, and balance to be received 8 weeks before the commencement date. All to be paid by transfer into our Cypriot bank account.
For small groups of 2-3 people I can often discount depending on time of year, please enquire.
This is a prime property and we are sure you will respect it however, accidents and breakages do happen and we ask for a £250 fully refundable deposit in addition to your rental amount.
